Adel Jawhary is the founder and visionary behind Rydel Roofing and Deckify. A mechanical engineer by training, Adel launched Rydel in 2012 while still in school, after gaining valuable entrepreneurial experience with Student Works from 2012 to 2013. His leadership and drive helped Rydel grow from a local roofing company into a nationally recognized brand—with 21 franchises across Canada.

Adel also served five years in the military, where he developed the discipline, resilience, and strategic thinking that continue to guide his business approach. In 2021, he expanded his entrepreneurial footprint by launching Deckify, a company dedicated to revolutionizing the decking industry with quality craftsmanship and seamless service.

Beyond business, Adel is a proud father and dedicated to building lasting legacies—both at home and in the industries he serves.
