Patrick is the Chief Recruiting Officer of Elevated Construction Group. For the past 10 years, Patrick’s principal occupation
has been Vice President of the Student Works Management Program. His experience in onboarding and training franchisees comes from his time with Student Works, developing a program to train 300+ students each year to run their own service-based business. In his various roles at the company, Patrick spearheaded strategic efforts to improve the company’s performance by 600% over 10 years. His contributions involved an overhaul of the recruiting processes, sales training development programs, coaching strategies, and developing a world-class leadership team. Outside of Student Works, Patrick Lalonde has successfully launched Spivo Inc., an online direct-to-consumer company. Featured on Dragon's Den, Spivo has gone on to innovate not only through its products but through its cutting-edge online
services and business-to-business offerings. In 2019, Patrick launched Contracting.com, a consulting business specifically designed to support the development of professional contracting businesses that has now worked with over 400 contractors to scale their operations to and beyond 7 figures in revenue.
