Adel Jawhary is the founder of Rydel Roofing and Deckify, and a mechanical engineer with a passion for building strong businesses and stronger communities. Launching Rydel in 2012 while still in school, he grew it into a nationally recognized brand with 25+ franchises across Canada. A proud five-year military veteran, Adel’s leadership is defined by discipline, resilience, and strategic vision. In 2021, he expanded his entrepreneurial reach with Deckify, bringing innovation, craftsmanship, and seamless service to the decking industry. Above all, Adel is a devoted father, dedicated to creating lasting legacies both at home and in the industries he serves.
